We are proud of our prompt, efficient service. Deliveries within Australia are sent using our courier service, Australia Post Registered Mail or Australia Post Express Post.

We use Australian Post and courrier.
$9.99 FLAT RATE SHIPPING
No matter how large or small your order, $8.50 is all you pay for shipping. You even get this free when you purchase above $100! If you are in Melbourne, Sydney, Adelaide or Brisbane Metro within 2 business days. For the rest of Australia and items shipped from our partner suppliers, your order will arrive within 3-6 business days.
Orders placed by 1pm are normally dispatched the same day. Normal delivery times can vary from 2 to 14 working days.
Please note that normal delivery times are between 10am – 5pm Monday to Friday. Please make sure that the shipping address you provide is normally attended during these hours (it may be a good idea to have your order shipped to your work address). Should attempts be made to deliver your order when you are not at home a card will be left and arrangements can be made to either pick up your order from your local post office if your order has been dispatched using Australia Post or alternatively if your order has been dispatched by courier you can call the telephone number on the card to arrange redelivery.
You can now return or exchange your item for only $12.50 from anywhere in Australia.
- With our 100% satisfaction guarantee, you can return any hart&heim product to us in original condition within 30 days of receipt (excludes personalised gifts).
- The items must be in original condition with all labels and swing tags still attached
- We will deduct a postage fee of $8.50 from your refund or charge your next order.
- If you are returning an item for exchange (ie. the same style is being changed for a different size or colour), you will not be charged by CasaAroma for delivery of your replacement article.
- All other return/reorders will be charged postage based on our standard delivery rates.
- To ensure the best possible fulfilment, we recommend that you call us to reserve the styles you require.
- If you do reserve your reorder over the phone, then please do not submit a completed reorder form with your return, as duplicate orders may be inadvertently placed.
- For your own protection please do not send cash with your returned parcel.
- Returned items will be processed within 15-30 working days.
- Oversized items, personalised items and NEXT are excluded from h&hReturns.

Placing and Accepting Orders:
Orders will not be despatched until payment in full has been received and CasaAroma is satisfied with the integrity of the order. hart&heim is not responsible for any loss or damage caused by late delivery or cancellation of an order or a product. Placement of an order by you constitutes an offer to enter into an agreement with us (“your offer”). We will email you an Order Confirmation for the sole purpose of confirming the details of your offer. Please note that our Order Confirmation does not constitute an acceptance of your offer or reflect the status of your order in any way.
Cancellation by Us:
We reserve the right not to provide goods or services, terminate membership accounts, remove or edit content or cancel orders (or part thereof) at our sole discretion at any time. Without limiting the operation of any other Terms and Conditions herein, we will not be held liable for loss or damage arising from the exercising of these rights.
Cancellation by You:
If you need to cancel an order, please contact Customer Service team by email on shop@hartandheim.com.au immediately. Our agreement with you only comes into existence once we have both confirmed your order and your payment has been processed. Once we have accepted payment for an order, cancellation of the order is within our sole discretion. Orders that cannot be cancelled will be subject to our terms, conditions and policies relating to Returns and Exchanges.
Delivery:
It is your obligation to enter the correct delivery address details at the time of ordering. Should you enter the wrong address, we are not obliged to re-send the order to the correct address at our expense. Please note that if an item has been lost in transit, we will not despatch a replacement item immediately. Replacement items will be despatched according to our discretion. We require that, where possible, the recipient signs for the delivery. You agree that we have satisfied this condition where a signature has been received from the recipient, appropriate agent or proxy recipient of the order (chosen at the courier partners discretion). This includes, but is not limited to, a hotel or office receptionist signing on receipt of delivery at the specified address. You agree that in doing so we have delivered the order within the terms of the agreement between you and us. You agree that when our courier partner is satisfied that the order has been delivered; delivery of the order has taken place within the terms of the agreement between you and us. Without limiting the operation of any other Terms and Conditions herein, we will not accept liability for any loss or damage arising from a late delivery. You agree that late delivery does not constitute a failure of our agreement, and does not entitle you to cancellation of an order. We will not accept liability for any loss or damage arising from items lost, stolen or damaged after delivery has taken place.
Goods Damaged or Faulty on Delivery:
CasaAroma main priority is your satisfaction. If you receive products that are damaged or faulty, we will happily organize an exchange for you. You must return damaged/faulty goods within 14 days of receipt. If a product is later deemed to be faulty, normal warranty conditions for that product apply. It is the recipients responsibility to incur all costs and to follow warranty instructions as stated on the product warranty card as specified by the manufacturer. In the event that you receive a defective or damaged product, we will despatch you a replacement item (subject to availability) once we receive the return, at our cost. Please note that all products that are found to be non-defective will incur the delivery costs of returning the item to CasaAroma.
